If the item you received does not fit or isn’t suitable for you, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please arrange the shipping of the package back to us and send the tracking information to info@maisonrich.com. Maisonrich is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. Please ensure that the item(s) meet the following criteria:
- Returned item(s) must be in perfect condition: no defects, stains, unwashed, or worn.
- Items should be packed in a waterproof bag or box to prevent damage.
- Hats or caps must be returned in a box to avoid being crushed.
- Optionally, write “Return” on the package for faster processing.
- Retain proof of dispatch (tracking number) to safeguard against loss during shipment.
Important: The return and financial responsibility lie with you until the return arrives at our company in Antwerp and has been confirmed delivered. Items returned to us that are not in a sellable condition will not be refunded or exchanged and may be sent back to you.
