Customs, taxes, duties and collection fees may apply to deliveries outside the European Union and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Order tracking
Orders are dispatched the next business day. A confirmation email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships. Delays may occur during sales periods and public holidays; if any item is delayed or out of stock, we will notify you by email.

Stock availability is not guaranteed at the time of order. Should an item be unavailable, we will contact you promptly. While we strive for accuracy in our images, descriptions and prices, errors may occasionally occur.
Returns & right of withdrawal
Under Belgian and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
How to return
Notify us by email at info@maisonrichparis.com before the 14-day period expires. You may use the official model withdrawal form but it is not required. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
Condition of returned items
- Unworn, unwashed, free of stains, marks or odours.
- All original tags and packaging intact.
- Packed in a waterproof bag or box; hats and caps must be returned in a box.
- Retain proof of dispatch — the return remains your responsibility until delivered to us.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (any premium delivery surcharge is excluded), within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. The refund is made using the same payment method as the original order. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you.
