Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands.
Delivery in 1 – 3 business days.
Free shipping on orders over €150
Austria, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Italy, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland and the rest of Europe.
Delivery in 2 – 5 business days.
Outside of Europe
Free shipping on orders over €200. Standard shipping rates apply below this threshold.
Delivery in 7 – 10 business days.
Customs, taxes, duties and collection fees may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Order tracking
Orders are dispatched the next business day. A confirmation email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships. Delays may occur during sales periods and public holidays; if any item is delayed or out of stock, we will notify you by email.

Stock availability is not guaranteed at the time of order. Should an item be unavailable, we will contact you promptly. While we strive for accuracy in our images, descriptions and prices, errors may occasionally occur.
Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they do not fit or meet your expectations.
Return process
To initiate a return, ship the package back to us and send the tracking details to info@maisonrichparis.com. Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- In perfect, unworn and unwashed condition, free of stains or defects.
- Packed in a waterproof bag or box to prevent damage.
- Hats and caps must be returned in a box to avoid being crushed.
- Marking the package “Return” helps speed up processing.
- Retain proof of dispatch in case of loss in transit.
Responsibility for the return remains with you until the package is confirmed delivered to our facility in Antwerp. Items received in non-sellable condition will not be refunded or exchanged and may be returned to the sender.
